As soon as I placed the request for the jump I received a text message letting me know the link so I can track the drivers progress. I had set his tow up through Progressive and their website wasn't updating the status so I texted the driver to make sure he successfully picked up and dropped off our vehicle and he was quick to respond and very kind.
