As a college student, I found myself in need of a towing service, and I was fortunate to be referred to this company by Sky Fleet Center in Ypsilanti. The experience exceeded my expectations. The team was not only swift in responding to my call but also considerate of my budget constraints as a student. They provided a reliable and professional service, making a potentially stressful situation much more manageable. I’m grateful for the referral and highly recommend this towing company for their excellent service and student-friendly approach.

These guys were very professional, prompt, and helpful. They came as soon as they got the call from my insurance and had my car at the shop within a half hour of dispatch. I'd definitely recommend them and will be using them again if I have a car issue again in the area.

This company puts its customers first. They Understood my situation, arrived to me in less then 30 minutes and without any questions also dropped me off home. The driver was nothing but professional, helped cheer up my day and dropped me off. This will be the only company i ever use from now on.

Nationwide was sent by my roadside service AAA.
The driver Eric arrived promptly and was already getting set up to hook up my jeep before I even came out of my house. He was extremely professional and helpful. He reminded me to go through and remove personal papers from glove box before leaving.
I have my jeep tow to a personal mechanic that is about 1 1/2 hour drive and Eric delivered my jeep with no problems.

I've had my vehicle towed before, but I've never had such a great experience as I did with this company, especially Brian. Brian called me right away. He asked me a few follow up questions to know exactly what necessary tools were needed for the job. He has the upmost professionalism, but he's also very genuine and down to earth. He explained everything to me to ensure that my vehicle was taken care of. The tow was quite a distance, so he consistently stayed in contact with me with updates on his ETA. As an Army Recruiter, I talk to people from all walks of life. Brian is most definitely one of the most professional and courteous individuals that I've had the pleasure of meeting. He conducts himself and his job with pride and integrity. I'll most definitely recommend Brian and this company to anyone in need of them.

Are use this company as they were who progressive sent to me when I needed a jumpstart. As soon as I placed the request for the jump I received a text message letting me know the link so I can track the drivers progress. It also gave me the name of the person and let me know what type of truck to expect. When he arrived he was pleasant prompt and took care of my battery quickly. He also asked about the age of my battery so he could give advice whether I needed to Look into buying a new one. I am very happy that progressive sent this company to me.

Even though the website wouldn't work with my reference number when I called they were very responsive and helpful. I had set his tow up through Progressive and their website wasn't updating the status so I texted the driver to make sure he successfully picked up and dropped off our vehicle and he was quick to respond and very kind. Overall a good experience during a bad situation.

I had an amazing experience! After locking my keys in my car the representative can’t within 45 minutes and quickly got the car unlocked. She was wonderful. I highly recommend this company. 🙂

Just wanted to say that my experience with nation wide towing was actually a good experience. Thanks to my tow driver Ashton who was very professional , helpful, and quick with getting the job done. My car was in a Walmart parking lot which was hard to tow my truck 97 Chevy Tahoe obs. Ashton was on top of his game and came up with a master plan to get my vehicle with no damage to it or other parked cars around the parking lot.

Had to call AAA when my jeep completely broke down in a different state. Was the fastest tow truck iv seen, we've waited hours in our home city before. The guy travica, with truck 3, was super friendly and knowledgeable. Able to helps us out quickly as we were in a hurry to make the four hour drive home which now had to be in two parts by my partners parents because of the jeep breaking down. Pretty good servece.

I just had to say that the service I received from Dwayne was the best that I could have asked or hoped for. He was extremely personable and very efficient with him getting my car hooked up and towed to and from a place that was not the easiest to get in and out of. I couldn't speak more highly of Dwayne and the service he provided. He was the best.

Arrived exactly when they said they would! Very professional. Technician tried his best to get our car to start. After the first try, he was pretty sure the battery wouldn’t hold a charge, but he checked and rechecked his equipment, and waited a few minutes, tried again. And again. Unfortunately the battery really was dead.

I’m all about customer service! And I received amazing customer service. I even gave the lady the wrong address and she still found me!! She called to let me know she was on the way! I chatted her ear off, and she was not annoyed!! It was really nice to meet her! She changed my huge tire and told me how to fix the flat tire! She was even kind to my rambunctious dog. She deserves a raise!! Definitely 5 star service!!!

My insurance was through Subaru and my battery was dead in my garage. The dispatchers were friendly and helpful. Darrell called ahead and came on time. He was very pleasant and helpful and my battery was pretty damaged. Fortunately it started and he steered me to a local O'Reilly's Auto Parts store who could install my battery. I would highly recommend this service.

Used roadside twice now. First stranded on freeway with flat, they were prompt and changed tire fast. Second service not so great to start? Daughter at her apt with flat. Initially the first service to respond was over an hour behind and did not call to follow up, but Liberty was on top of it and immediately dispatched a different service that was there in 10 min. Liberty followed up multiple times to make sure we were taken car of. Overall, good experiences both times.
